- Strong passion for technology and learning
- MSCE Certification
- Experience with Windows Server Environments
- Experience with Patch Management, Backups, and End-Point Security
- Experience on Exchange/AD/DNS/DHCP/Sharepoint/File/Print Servers
- Familiarity with server and network monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Helpdesk and Ticketing software
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
